Hi just wondering how much a table is?
What time should I be there to set up sat morning?
Free storage during week or on weekend only?
Hi,
I am an aspirant to sell at Vancouver Flea Market.
Can I sell home made Tea (Chai) and cookies? Do I need any license for it ?
I have access to brand new apparel items like toques, baseball hats, t-shirts etc.,; all not logoed or imprinted.
Could I set up a table or rent a table? What are the table dimensions?
Dose a rental table come with a covering or would I have to bring one?
What time do the doors open to set up?
The rental for the tables are $22.95 for each day?
Can I keep the table reserved if I find the location good?
Thank you for your kind response,
Doug Matheson
@ Brittany:
Tables start at $22.50 Per Day.
Some tables such as corner tables and wall tables will cost extra.
There is also a waiting list for wall tables as they are quite popular.
If I’m not mistaken you can come in on Friday to setup your table, but can also do this on Saturday or Sunday (or Holiday) before opening because they don’t like you carting stuff down the isles full of people. Arrive early to get a good table or book by phone in advance. Items can be left at no charge during the week as long as you have pre-paid for the following opening day.

To the best of my knowledge you can sell any non-perishable food products. I never really questioned this new rule and it’s requirements because I don’t deal in Food products. I suggest calling them and asking if anyone is planing on selling and food products.
More information will be provided on what you can and can’t sell when you apply for a table.
HI there
IO would like to rent a table in the next weeek or so to try out few products that I sell from my store in Surrey. I would like to see the response for the first weeks. If things look good, I would like to move in as a permanent vendor. Please let me know how to proceed and can I avoid the hassle of coming down to find a space early
Thanks a lot
